Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the booking deposit.

 

Travel Fees
Standard pricing applies within Veinari’s primary service area. Additional travel fees may apply for appointments outside the standard service area. Any additional fee will be confirmed before the appointment.

 

Laboratory Orders
A valid laboratory or provider order may be required depending on the service requested. Clients are responsible for having the necessary order and laboratory information available before collection.

 

Laboratory Testing & Results
Veinari provides mobile blood draw and specimen collection services. Veinari does not perform laboratory testing, diagnose medical conditions, or provide laboratory results. Testing and results are provided by the designated laboratory or ordering healthcare provider.

 

Missed Appointments
If the client is unavailable at the scheduled location and time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the booking deposit may be non-refundable.
