Service Description
Professional mobile blood draw services brought directly to your home, workplace, or preferred location. Veinari provides safe, convenient, and professional specimen collection with a focus on your comfort, privacy, and care. A valid laboratory or healthcare provider order may be required depending on the requested testing. Laboratory testing and fees are not included unless specifically stated.
Cancellation Policy
A $15 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service fee. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A valid laboratory requisition/doctor's order may be required depending on the requested service. Veinari reserves the right to contact the client if additional information is needed before the appointment.
