Service Description
Specimen collection availability depends on the ordering laboratory's collection and transport requirements. Laboratory testing is performed by the designated laboratory.
Cancellation Policy
A $15 deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total service fee. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A valid laboratory requisition/doctor's order may be required depending on the requested service. Veinari reserves the right to contact the client if additional information is needed before the appointment.
